RETURN POLICY

As a one person operation, we don't offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.

SHIPPING INFO

The majority of items are made-to-order (unless otherwise specified). Please expect up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled before shipping, though this may change depending on volume and level of supplies. If anything is taking longer than expected, we'll email to update you!

We ship domestically with Canada Post. All packages are automatically insured up to $100, subject to terms and conditions. Once your order is fulfilled you'll receive your tracking number, and delivery estimates will vary depending on the service you selected at checkout (delays may occur due to post office conditions and time of year). Any duties and taxes for customs clearance is the responsibility of the receiver, and we do not pay these fees on your behalf. 

We are not responsible for packages once they're accepted by Canada Post, but there's information on their site if your package is lost or arrives damaged.

LOCAL PICKUP

Once fulfilled, orders for local pickup at The Storehouse will be dropped off every Friday, and every Wednesday at Moodswing Coffee. You'll get an email when it's ready for you!

The Storehouse is located at 4332 Main St in Vancouver, and their regular hours (subject to change) are Monday to Friday 12-6pm, and 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday. 

Moodswing Coffee / Bar is located at 655 Front St in New Westminster, and their regular hours are 7am-3pm on Sunday and Wednesday, and 7am-11pm Thursday to Saturday.

MATERIALS & CARE

CHAINMAILLE: Primarily made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum (with some nickel-plated steel, like certain hair clips). Please read each product's description for individual details! Stainless steel may contain traces of nickel, so those with a severe nickel allergy may need to choose an alternate material if available. Jewellery and accessories can be washed with hot soapy water, though we advise care in handling any pieces with natural stones which are more delicate.

TEXTILES AND FIBRE: It's recommended to handwash in cold water, squeeze water out (don't wring), and lay flat to dry.
